The State of Utah seeks proposals for a 1989 or newer Beechcraft King Air C90a or C90b twin engine airplane. To include a trade-in of a 1984 Beechcraft B58P Baron. Proposal evaluation and subsequent award to be made on factors other than just net price. Preference may be given to offers wherein the aircraft has: 1) 1500 hours or less total flight time, 2) Electronic Flight Information System (EFIS), 3) King Avionics EFIS, 4) IFR certified Global Positioning System (GPS), 5) five year inspection items or hot section inspections on the engines have not yet been complied with, and 6) satisfactory service/maintenance history.
