This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Loral of Canada at 101-51 Burmac Roda, Winnipeg, MB R2J4C9 on a sole source basis for the procurement of 2 each Maintenance Control Panel Emulators and 4 each Circuit Card Assemblies for use with the Emulators. The Maintenance Control Panel Emulators interface with the AN/AYK-10 computer onboard the S-3B aircraft and Loral of Canada is the only responsible source known to produce this product. This will be a one-time procurement and no further actions of this type are anticipated for future procurements. Responses to this notice should include a capability statement and other pertinent qualifications.
