Furnish all personnel, facilities, equipment, material, supplies, and service for the supply and delivery of wire stringing equipment that includes tensioner, puller, pulling line, and stringing blocks. Delivery is to be F.O.B. Destination to Southwestern Power Administration's Springfield, Missouri Operation and Maintenance Facilities. Delivery schedule is eight weeks from date of contract award. The Government intends to use the equipment primarily to install optical groundwire (OPGW) but will also use the equipment for the installation of overhead aluminum conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) and galvanized steel shield wire. The wiring stringing equipment furnished shall be designed and manufactured to work together as a complete and compatible stringing system. Only written requests will be accepted.
