Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to design, fabricate, deliver and install a total of three (3) each six foot tall precast reinforced concrete box culvert water control structures. The Government shall prepare the structural excavation and perform all other earthwork associated with the installation of the six foot tall concrete structures. All structures shall be designed to meet or exceed the requirements for HS-20 rating. The structures shall be delivered to the Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge, near Brigham City, Utah. The solicitation will be issued on or about June 28, 1995. This project is a total small business set aside. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered. (159)
