The Immigration and Naturalization Service intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price, Requirements Contract to provide, install and maintain a digital telephone system in a multi-building campus and to provide end user training to 100 people. The system shall include two central answering consoles for dual answering and for night positions; 100 multi-line sets (12 line minimum) with speaker phone (5 wall mounted); and auto attendant and voice mail with six ports and 300 mail boxes. The system shall provide for remote access for move, add and change (MAC) orders to include software/hardware and training for two people. Place of performance is the KROME Service Processing Center, Miami, Florida. Period of performance will be for one year from date of award with four one-year options.
