No other contractor possesses the technical data, specialized knowledge, and equipment required to completely satisfy the Government's needs. The only acquisition history for these items is from E-Systems, Inc., who is the only source that possesses the combined factors of technical documentation, resources, equipment and facilities required to completely satisfy the Government's needs.
