This is a notice of intent to negotiate a contract with Opthalmic Imaging Systems, Inc., of Sacramento, CA, for one Fundus Imaging System (DFC-1024) consisting of the following items: 486DX2 DOS compatible computer, 1GB (1000 MB) rewritable optical laser disk drive, Kodak MegaPlus 1.4 digital CCD camera and camera control unit, Optical interface for fundus camera and digital sync controller with interface cables, UPS battery backup, OIS DFC-1024 mouse-driven point and click software with PCX file conversion.
