66 -- NEW COMMERCIALIZED STD SOLICITATION PKG FOR TPS DEVELOPMENT SOL N00189-95-TPS-STD-PK DUE 123195 POC E J GRAMLING, Code 200AIR 804/445-1240 ; FAX 804/445-1242 The NEW ''COMMERCIALIZED'' standard solicitation package for AN/USM-636(V) CASS test program sets (TPS) will soon be ready for release to Industry for review and comments under reference number N00189-95-TPS-STD-PKG. This package, known as the Red Team Package, includes statement of work; specifications; data requirements; and acceptance test processes; and is the basis for all CASS TPS acquisitions. CASS TPS acquisitions include test programs; interface devices; technical, administrative, and financial data; integrated logistics support; technical manuals; engineering/ logistics services; provisioning technical data; and repairable spare assemblies. The package will be available in soft copy as follows: (1) CDRL 90 software, which runs under DOS, for viewing and printing DD-Forms 1423; (2) Automated Technical Information (ATI) Guide software which runs under Microsoft Windows; and (3) the remainder of the package is in Wordperfect 5.1 format. It is intended that distribution of the package to interested parties will be by providing them access to down-load the package from a government computer network.
