The Government intends to negotiate only with Xerox Corporation, 1000 Urban Center Parkway, Suite 600, Birmingham, Alabama under the authority of FAR 6.302, as the sole provider of supplies/services required. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals that clearly demonstrate the ability to meet the needs of the Government and which are received within thirty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
