S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Cincinnati Contracts Management Division, and the Office of Water, Office of Wastewater Management, Municipal Support Division have a requirement for support services connected with the Clean Water Needs Survey and Municipal Wastewater, Wet Weather Flows and Biosolid Technologies. The required support services will cover such activities as preparation of draft reports, brochures, guidance documents, surveys, and engineering models. The successful offeror will provide logistical support for symposiums and meetings. The offeror will also provide helpline services. Other required support services include data collection and evaluation, and evaluation of treatment systems and technologies. The proposed contract will be a cost plus fixed fee, level of effort type contract. The proposed contract will have a base period consisting of 11 or 12 months with four serial options of 12 months each for a total potential performance period of five years. The base period, and each option period, will consist of 10,820 direct labor hours with options for an additional 18,580 direct labor hours in each period. A solicitation is expected to be released July 1, 1995. The size standard is $5 million and the SIC Code is 8742. All responsible sources who submit a proposal will be considered by the Agency.
