The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision to survey all Oil/Water Separators (OWS), and develop an operations and maintenance plan for all Oil/Water Separator Systems on Hanscom Air Force Base. The contractor shall perform a comprehensive investigation and search for all oil traps, grease/fuel traps, and small OWS's outside every building (approximately 15) on Hanscom AFB. The results of this survey shall be documented in a detailed comprehensive inventory report of all OWS's. Requirements are to produce an Operations and Maintenance plan to determine the effectiveness and need for each OWS. Existing and potential sources and types of pollutants which may reasonably be expected to be captured in each OWS must be identified. The performance period will be approximately July 28,1995 through Sept 30, 1995.
