Provide all services necessary for the off-base recycling of absorbent materials generated on Dobbins Air Reserve Base, (Marietta) Georgia on an on-call basis in accordance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations. Services include delivery of polypropylene absorbent materials and polypropylene 55-gallon drums and the pickup, delivery and recycling of the accumulated absorbent materials by delivery to a permitted recycling facility that specifically recycles used absorbent materials. Contractor shall obtain all hazardous material transporter permits and be responsible for compliance with all applicable OSHA, DOT, and State laws and regulations. Contractor must be fully licensed, state approvedand insured for the required services. A Fixed-Price contract with a basic year plus four (4) twelve (12) month option periods is anticipated for this procurement.
