The service consist of providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation, permits, license, and supervision necessary to participate in a simulated spill response exercise at the South Dock at the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY. The exercise shall include, but not be limited to, employing booms, installing oil recovery devices, providing operational and technical consultation, provide boom deployment training, and provide recovery and cleanup operations. The exercise will be conducted on 19 July 1995 between the hours of 7:40 A.M. thru 5:00 P.M. This proposed acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The estimated issue date is on or about 22 June 95, with a Bid Opening date of on or about 11 July 95. Telephone request will not be honored.
