The ship will be moored to a pier in the vicinity of Cheatham Annex, Williamsburg, VA. The services must commence on or about 7 August 1995 and continue until 28 August 1995 or until completed. This requirement was previously synopsized in the CBD and placed on the Electronic Bulletin Board on 5 May 1995 as a ''Sources Sought'' requirement under number N00189-95-N-0001. The solicitation will be issued on or about 21 June 1995. The services are for Military Sealift Command, Norfolk, VA. All responsible sources (except those who responded to (N00189-95-N-0001) may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
