The U.S. Army at Fort Detrick, Frederick, MD has a requirement for Preparation and Maintenance of Master Calibration Instruments List (MCIL), General Calibration Program SOP (GCP- SOP),Instrument Calibration SOP (IC-SOP), General Maintenance Program SOP (GMP-SOP) and Engineering Change Control Procedure (ECCP). The equipment is located at the Department of Biologics Research (DBR), Pilot Bioproduction Facility, located at the Forest Glen Annex, Silver Spring, Md. Prospective contractors will be required to provide a cost proposal at time of the closing date. The contractors will give oral presentations on their technical capabilities and will be evaluated against the technical evaluation criteria listed in the solicitation. The proposed contract will be a firm fixed-price contract with a base period and four 1-year option periods. This requirment is a 100% small business set-aside.
