To provide on call services for the period of October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996, 5 days a week 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM to include labor, parts, and travel. Services to include four preventative maintenance inspections to begin in December on the following equipment: MDS Mobile Computer Model A2 which includes: Cabinet with power distribution; A2 logic assembly rack w/320k memory; nova 3 CPU; and 5MB cipher disk drive. MDS Computer, S/N 518 includes: 2 bay cabinet w/power distribution: 80mb winchester fixed disk; 8'', 1.2mb floppy drive; 3 A2 logic assy. Racks with 512k per assy; four A2 terminals. This solicitation includes the option to renew the services for four additional years. Bid opening date is July 25, 1995 at 11:00 AM. Issue date is June 26, 1995.
