No collect calls will be accepted. 11th Contracting Squadron, Bolling AFB, DC, intends to procure a Sole Source (Firm-Fixed Price) from Radian, Incorporated, to provide removal, relocation, rewire and reinstallation of an Advanced Electronic Control System in use by HQ AFOSI and AFOSI IOC in building 626, Bolling AFB, DC. All material and equipment used will become the property of AFOSI and the USAF upon completion. Any source responding to this synopsis must meet the following criteria: (a) Receive software developers authorization to receive and access their proprietary information and data; (b) Installation personnel receive training by the manufacturer and software developer on how to install, conduct testing and perform diagnostics on the system; (c) Design and management personnel receive training by manufacturer on system components, configuration, capabilities and limitations; (d) Obtain an agreement with Radian to continue maintenance contract currently in effect until 30 Sep 95.
