The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for janitorial services at the Lower Colorado Regional Office, located in Boulder City, Nevada. The Regional Office consists of nine different buildings located at various sites throughout the city of Boulder City. The total square footage required to be cleaned at these sites is approximately 98,500 square feet. The principal requirements of the services to be performed are that all nine buildings are to be kept clean and maintained throughout the work day, 5 days per week. This solicitation will contain bidding schedules for a 1-year base schedule and four 1-year option schedules. The estimated issuance date of the solicitation is July 15, 1995. The estimated date for receipt of bids is August 21, 1995. This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set Aside. For this acquisition the standard industrial classification code is 7349 and the small business size standard is $12 million.
