The American Embassy in Paris requires the operation and management of security guard services in order to prevent unauthorized access, maintain order, deter criminal and terrorist attacks against employees, dependents, property and provide all equipment, management, administration and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work as required in this contract. Services will be performed at the U.S. Embassy in Paris and U.S. Mission in OECD Paris, Consulates in Strasburg, Nice, Marseille, and Bordeaux. Approximate manhours requires are Guards 58,682 per year, Sr. Guard 17,056 per year, and Supervisor 34,684 per year. These requirements may change depending on fund availability in forthcoming periods. Solicitation is for base year and four one-year periods at the option of the U.S. government.
