CORRECTION TO A PREVIOUS ANNOUNCEMENT: Construction of a 6,550 SF BL-2, class 100,000 cell processing laboratory facility. This Small Business SIC CODE 1542 project requires an addition to Building 10 located at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland. The project site is an existing roof on the third floor of Building 10. The structure will consist of a steel frame and glass curtain wall system. The finished structure will house a major cell separation laboratory, two smaller tissue culture laboratories, a freezer room, offices, an autoclave room, mechanical and electrical rooms and other accompaniment support areas.The estimated cost of construction ranges between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Construction is estimated to begin the Summer of 1995 with a performance period of 360 calendar days). Plans and specifications will be available on or about July 12, 1995 at a non-refundable cost of $100.00 (ONLY Money Orders, Certified Checks, or Cashier's Checks made payably to NIH will be accepted).
