Z -- REPLACE HVAC SYSTEM, FAC. 236 SOL F22608-95-B0111 DUE 100895 POC SrA Erik Steward tel: 601-434-7797/Judy B Endsley Furnish all plant, labor, materials, tools, equipment and transportation required to replace HVAC (heating, ventilating and cooling) system, FAC 236, in strict accordance with specifications and drawings for Project No. EEPZ 94-1051. Period of Performance is 240 calendar days. The Magnitude of Construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The proposed acquisition is being considered for 100% set-aside for small, disadvantaged business. Interested small, disadvantaged business should notify our office, in writing, of their intention to bid on this project as a prime contractor as early as possible, but no later than 23 Jun 95. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain required bonds, and specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this magnitude. Complete information concerning management experience in similar work and financial status should be submitted with references. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice. Therefore, replies to this office are requested from ALL interested business concerns as well as from SDB concerns.
