Wheeler (405) 442-3225 (Site Code W804A6) The work to be performed includes the following principal features: Remove existing chiller with remote air-cooled condensing unit, remove existing direct-expansion air conditioning unit and coil serving air handling unit No. 1 and provide new chilled water coil; remove existing gas-fired boiler circulating pump and distribution piping as indicated; remove existing fan coil units and wall convectors with associated piping, controls, and trim; provide new packaged air-cooled chiller with new chilled water circulating pump, controls, piping, accessories, trim; provide new gas-fired boiler with new heating water circulating pump, distribution piping, accessories, trim, controls; provide new fan coil units with associated piping, controls, and trim, provide new unit heaters and wall convectors with associated piping, controls, and trim; provide new lay-in acoustical ceiling and electrical lighting; provide equipment pad and screen or new chiller location. The foregoing outline of principal features does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish items which may be required or associated with this type of work. The estimated issue date for this project is 31 Jul 95. A non-refundable fee of $25.00 will be charged for each bid package requested by a bidder.
