This project includes removal and replacement of approximately 1,900 lighting fixtures; Retrofitting 260 lighting fixtures with new electronic ballasts and T-8 lamps; Retrofitting 380 lighting fixtures with new electronic ballasts, reflectors, and T-8 lamps. The lighting retrofit systems are located on U.S. Soldiers' & Airmen's Home (USSAH) grounds in the Sheridan Building, Warehouse Building #74, Shops Building #72, and Scott Building Kitchen and Dining Room. The lighting retrofit systems will be either Government Furnished Property or Contractor Furnished Property. The solicitation requests bids for either scenario. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 with the Government Furnished Property. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 with Contractor Furnished Property. Written requests for this solicitation should be mailed to the above address with a non refundable check in the amount of $50.00 payable to the USSAH, Treasurer.
