The work includes pulling and re-tacking of broadloom carpeting, moving furniture and asbestos containment above the ceiling on the second and third floors. Work will be performed in the Courtrooms, Judges Chambers, Computer Room and offices at the Federal Courthouse, 312 Spring Street, Los Angeles, CA. This procurement will be made under the Small Business Competitivess Demonstration Program (Open to Large and Small Business). The estimated cost range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
