Provide gate valves, air release valves and blowoff valves. Existing 12-inch pipe will be abandoned in place. Provide cathodic protection system for the new pipeline. The magnitude of this project is $250,00.00-$500,000. This project may be restricted to Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) only providing sufficient response to this notice is received.
