Furnish all labor, tools, incidental engineering, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to provide new vinyl siding for Turnkey Housing. New vinyl siding is to be provided over new underlayment, which is to be provided over existing siding. Turnkey Housing consists twelve (12) one story single family houses and twenty-one two-story multi-family apartment type buildings. All buildings are wood framed, concrete slab on grade construction. Exterior finishes consist of various types of siding (both horizontal and vertical lap siding, sheet siding with vertical batten strips, etc.), and brick veneer. Time for completion is 175 calendar days. This project is a firm fixed price construction project. Cost estimate is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
