Work consists of clearing and debris removal, plugging an existing culvert and removal of unneeded culverts, excavating and filling in an existing diked farm field, excavation of a breach in an existing dike to flood the site, rock riprap armoring of the breach in the dike, removal of surplus excavated material and demolition debris from the site, and related work.
