16 -- SPARES IN SUPPORT OF H-60 ECP-3919 POC Contact, Carrie-Ann Duryea, Phone (703)604-2000 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-92-G-0195 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (Sikorsky), North Main Street, Stratford, CT 06601 for H-60 spares and technical manuals in support of Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 3919. As a continuation of ECPs 3516, 3711, and 3912, Sikorsky has submitted ECP 3919 to further upgrade the configuration of the SH-60B, HH-60H, and HH-60J aircraft. The elements to be incorporated by ECP 3919 include Master Warning Panels, Tail Rotor Pulleys, Troop Seat Headrests, Mission Kit Windows, Tinted/Metallized Windows, HIRSS Structural Upgrades, Cabin Fire Extinguisher relocations, Cockpit Fire Extinguisher relocations, Direction Finder Select Panels, Left-Hand External Auxiliary fuel Tank inhibit circuits, and Rescue Hoist Damage Protection. Sikorsky is the only source with the manufacturing and engineering expertise and the technical data required to perform this effort on the H-60 series helicopters.
