Contractor(s) shall provide three 3-phase Power Transformers consisting of one rated 69-24.9 kV to be delivered to Granby Substation, Granby, Colorado; one rated 115-69 kV to be delivered to Richland Substation, Sidney, Montana; and another rated 115-13.8 kV to be delivered to Beaver Creek Substation, Brush, Colorado. Also included in this solicitation is the requirement for two 3-phase Grounding Transformers rated 13.8 kV for delivery to Flaming Gorge Switchyard, Vernal, Utah. The acquisition of each of these units shall also include: spare parts, oil, and services of erecting engineer. Multiple awards are anticipated. IFB DE-FB65-95WA13015 will be issued o/a July 3, 1995, on an unrestricted basis. All bids from responsible sources will be considered. The solicitation will be issued on double-sided, high-density DOS-formatted 3.5-inch floppy diskettes; created using WordPerfect 5.1, formatted for printing on a postscript printer.
