in the CBD dated May 30, 1995 is corrected as follows: The absolute
criteria for eligibility is revised to clarify that to be considered
for award of the contract, offerors must either be, or establish
collaborative working relationship(s) with home care provider(s) which
a) provide home infusion therapy; b) provide home nursing services
related to home infusion therapy (e.g., insert intravascular catheters,
phlebotomy, etc.); c) provide a minimum of 8,000 central venous
catheter-days of service per year (a central venous catheter-day is
defined as one patient with a central venous catheter for one day);
and, d) have the ability to collect data from patients receiving home
infusion therapy and from health care workers providing home infusion
therapy. The solicitation will be available on or about June 30, 1995.
