Provide interpretation of X-ray examinations within 72 hours of the time the film is taken at Dunham US Army Health Clinic, Carlisle Barracks, PA, for the period 1 October 1995 thru 30 September 1996 with two option year periods. Contractor can perform services on site or at Contractor's facility. Contractor will be responsible for pick-up and delivery schedules. Films to be interpreted includes plain x-ray and mammography. Contractor's facility must be located within a 20 mile radius of Carlisle Barracks, PA. Bid opening date is approximate. This acquisition is unrestricted. Telephone requests will not be honored.
