R -- VIEWPOINT PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES SOL N00189-95-R-0118 DUE 101595 POC E J Gramling (Code 200AIR) 804/445-1240 - FAX 804/445-1242 The government intends to conduct sole source negotiations with Marshall Technical Services (MTS) Annapolis, Md for specialized services in support of the Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS) offload program using ViewPoint project management software for the management of the CASS site activation, and Operational Test Program Set (OTPS) acquisition and delivery. This process entails considerable coordination between ship availabilities, CASS station deliveries, OPTS deliveries and site installation/verification. ViewPoint project management software is the standard for the CASS offload program to manage schedule information. Tasking will include: 1) modeling of program management tasks in ViewPoint; 2) integrating ViewPoint with government automated accounting systems and resource management systems; 3) design and implementation of interface programs that allow existing and future government applications to communicate with each other; 4) training in the use of ViewPoint, custom interface programs, program/project management, and resource management; 5) procedures documentation; and 6) geographical integration of program/project information. The period of performance will be for twelve months with one twelve month option. The estimated level of effort for the base year is: Senior Principle Consultant 2,800 manhours; Principle Consultant 3,600 manhours; Senior Project Analyst 1,200 manhours. The estimated level of effort for the option year is: Senior Principle Consultant 875 manhours; Principle Consultant 1,125 manhours; Senior Project Analyst 375 manhours. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. Requests must state that neither the requestor nor principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency.
