The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pacific Ocean Division, is seeking the services of a contractor to manage, operate, and perform mailroom, messenger, and mail pick-up and delivery services for the U.S. Army Engineer Division, Pacific Ocean, Fort Shafter, Hawaii. A Statement of Work and Technical Exhibits will be provided in the solicitation package. The contractor shall be required to submit a proposal prior to contract award describing contractor qualifications to include past performance. All services will be performed on the Island of Oahu, State of Hawaii. This contract is for a period of one year from date of award with the possibility of two additional option years. Solicitation will be issued o/a August 5, 1995. Solicitation packages will be available for $7.00 each. This charge is non-refundable.
