Lease period shall begin on 12 September 1995, or within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of contract award and shall continue 12 months thereafter. This contract will contain an option to extend the period of the contract for two (2) additional one-year periods. The tractor shall be delivered to Building 2902, Fort Stewart, Georgia. All responsible small business firms may submit a bid which will be considered. There is a non-refundable fee of $10.00 for this solicitation.
