Wheeler (405) 442-3225 (Site Code W804A6) The work to be performed includes the following principal features: Remove existing chiller with remote air-cooled condensing unit. Remove existing gas-fired boiler. Remove existing dual-temperature circulating pump and distribution piping as indicated. Remove existing fan coil units with associated piping, controls and trim. Remove existing wall convectors with associated piping, controls and trim. Replace existing electrical distribution panel. Provide and install new remote packaged air-cooled chiller with new pump, controls, piping and accessories. Provide and install new natural gas fired boilers, pumps, piping, controls and accessories. Provide and install new fan coil units, pumps, piping, controls and accessories. Provide and install new wall convectors, piping, controls and accessories. Provide and install new central air handling unit, piping, controls and accessories. Provide and install new lay-in acoustical ceiling and clean up job location. The foregoing outline of principal features does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish items which may be required or associated with this type of work. The estimated issue date for this project is July 6, 1995. A non-refundable fee of $25.00 will be charged for each bid package requested by a bidder. Such fees shall be in the form of a check or postal money order payable to the U.S. Treasury and mailed to the Directorate of Contracting, ATTN: Contract Support Division (Laurie Wheeler), PO Box 33189, Fort Sill, OK 73503-0189.
