Wheeler (405) 442-3225 (Site Code W804A6) The work to be performed includes the following principal features: Remove existing air handling units, exterior condensing units, boiler, heating water pumps, wall mounted electric heaters, piping, controls, electrical feeders, and accessories. Provide new chiller, boiler, chilled water pump, heating water pumps, and related piping. Provide new air handling unit, coils and related accessories. Remove and replace HVAC controls systems. Remove and replace feeder panelboard. Provide new electrical service to existing boiler, chiller, and pumps and controls. Reconnect existing electrical feeder to lighting panelboard, maintenance shop and exterior lights. The foregoing outline of principal features does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all work and furnish items which may be required or associated with this type of work. The estimated issue date for this project is July 5, 1995. A non-refundable fee of $25.00 will be changed for each bid package requested by a bidder. Such fees shall be in the form of a check or postal money order payable to the U.S. Treasury and mailed to the Directorate of Contracting, ATTN: Contract Support Division (Laurie Wheeler), PO Box 33189, Fort Sill, OK 73503-0189.
