Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment and transportation to repair the hangar doors in buildings 119 and 130 by removing the excess weight along the front of the buildings that has caused the wood trusses to sag and the doors to bind. This will be accomplished by removing the existing front facia, overhang and guide rails and replacing them with a new facia, overhang and guide rail system that will attach to the existing wood trusses inside the buildings. The magnitude of this acquisition is between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation is scheduled for issuance on or about 17 Jul 95 with a bid opening on or about 21 Aug 95. Performance time for the project is 228 calendar days. The proposed contract listed here is unrestricted, open to large and small businesses.
