Johnson, (706)731-7157 Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, and equipment to perform the work for the renovation of patient showers at the Uptown Division, VA Medical Center, Augusta, Georgia. Work shall include, but is not limited to, demolition, removal and reinstallation of shower floors, walls, drains, waterproofing pans, repairs to metal studs and backer boards as needed, and replacement of floor and wall tiles necessary for the correction of 252 showers. All work to be performed in strict accordance with drawings and specifications. Applicable SIC Code is 1799. Estimated cost range is between $100,000 - $250,000. Solicitation will be issued on a first come first serve basis for Prime Contractors only. Only 25 sets of drawings and specifications will be available.
