The Monongahela National Forest anticipates contracting for the removal of existing built-up roofing and replacement with a gable roof on the Marlinton Ranger District Administrative Office located in Marlinton, Pocahontas County, West Virginia. Project also involves painting the entire building structure. Project work proceeds while office building is in use. Total estimated project cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Proposed contract time is 60 calendar days. This project will be awarded under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Project.
