Quantities and deliveries will vary dependant on usage. Deliveries/orders will be placed on an on-demand as-needed basis for the period from October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996 with two 12-month options to renew. It is believed that Abbott Labs is the sole source for these reagents and therefore sole source negotiations will be conducted under Statutory Authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1).
