The Electrical Power System Division of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, Maryland has a requirement for a Thermal Shock Test Chamber. This procurement item is a 100 percent set-aside to small business and has a Standard Industrial Code of 3826. The chamber shall be used to simulate rapid temperature changes that occur in aircraft cooling systems during high speed climbs. Delivery shall be made within 90 days of award to NAWCAD, Patuxent River, MD. Award will be made on the low price, technically acceptable offer.
