Fogg, Contracting Officer, (410) 636-4367 Contractor shall perform updates, revision, corrections, consolidate and republish the Turbo Power & Marine Shipboard Maintenance Manuals for the FT4A-2, FT4A-6, FT4A-12 and GG4A-3 Gas Turbines, including the Free Turbines i.a.w. Coast Guard Specification Number 4331-D-086-177, for FT4A Shipboard Operation and Maintenance Manual Revisions. Upon completion of the manual the Shipboard Maintenance Manual will become Coast Guard Technical Publication (TP) 3256. Delivery of items will be FOB Destination. All drafts and preliminary copies shall be submitted for approval, prior to final copies being delivered. The preliminary copies will be shipped to the U.S. Coast Guard Supply Center, Curtis Bay, Baltimore, MD 21226. The final copies will be shipped directly to Commandant (G-ENE-3B), Washington, DC. Delivery shall be required within 90 calendar days after approval of the draft and preliminary copies. Quantity for the final copies is 55 each, with additional copies of 10 each being listed as a contingency item. It is the Government's belief that Turbo Power & Marine Systems, Inc., which is a subsidiary of Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, who is the only one that can fulfill this requirement, since all of the commercial documents and the TP&M/P&W technical library contains proprietary information. This contract requires 12 commercial documents, all of which were developed by TP&M/P&W/UTC.
