The Wright Laboratorys Armament Directorate is contemplating the award of a 24 month program to perform design, develop, and demonstrate a smart switch capable of determination of initial target impact of a penetrating munition with soft and hard target media. Research and Development Streamlined Contracting Procedures (RDSCP) apply to this acquisition in accordance with DFARS 235.70. A standard request for proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation is contemplated for release within 30 days and will appear in a subsequent edition of the Commerce Business Daily.
