Richland, Washington is seeking response from businesses interested in
a technology developed by Hanford employees. This unique application
of thermographic imaging can be used to provide non-destructive testing
to detect what is contained by a tank, drum, or other vessels. It
identifies potentially high risk flammable or explosive atmospheric
waste. WHC is seeking one or more partners to complete commercial
development, to manufacture the equipment, and to market the resulting
product. Qualified business partners should have adequate resources to
promote these inventions, including the completion of development as
required and the marketing of the finished product. WHC facilities,
equipment, and employees may be made available to support development.
Contract format may involve Cooperative Research and Development
Agreement (CRADA), Work for Others contract, Licensing arrangements,
and/or others, as appropriate. Interested parties should contact Tamara
