This invention is a passively-operated air flow device. It is adjustable and will maintain a constant flow rate regardless of changes in upstream or downstream pressure. WHC is seeking one or more partners to complete commercial development, to manufacture the equipment, and to market the resulting product. Qualified business partners should have adequate resources to promote these inventions, including the completion of development as required and the marketing of the finised product. WHC facilities, equipment, and employees may be made available to support development.
