provide (except that provided by the Government) all labor, material,
supervision and any other services needed to provide design services
for furniture and furnishings that is a portion of the computer aided
designs generated by the Modular Design System (MDS) that supports
design of the Military Construction, Army Reserve (MCAR) Program and
redesign interiors of existing Army Reserve centers. The requirement
consists of Modular Design System. The successful contractor shall
serve as the general contractor for the MDS interior design for MDS
generated designs supporting MCAR projects, be available upon request
to develop the interior design and systems furniture packages required
for all the MCAR and Organizational Maintenance Army Reserve (OMAR)
supported projects constructed, Participate, as required, in the design
on-board meetings, Coordinate directly with the U.S. Army Reserve
Command and their subordinate units for the users positioning and
selection of system furniture. All space planning and interior systems
furniture design shall be completed at the 65% design milestone for
the project. A negotiated requirements contract shall be awarded as a
result of the Request for Proposal. The proposed period of performance
is three years. The Government intends to award on a sole source basis
to JMGR, Incorporated, 80 Monroe Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee 38103. JMGR
has the unique capability, as the designer of the FDG, to incorporate
modifications as the system is fielded and tested to other DOD users.
JMGR has the expertise to design all of our systems furniture projects
in coordination with the FDG. They require no train up time and
extensive direct supervision or coordination to complete the interior
design. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about 5 July
1995. Copies of the solicitation shall be obtained by written request
only. Telephonic requests will not be considered. The Standard
Industrial Code applicable to this procurement is 8999. For the purpose
of the solicitation, any concern whose gross annual receipts over the
past three years do not exceed an average of $3,500,000.00 is
considered a small business. Offerors shall furnish business size with
