Fill depressions to new line and grade with borrow materials. Fine grade Site. Install centiped Sod. All in strict accordance with plans and specification. Contract is restricted 100% to Small Business Set Aside. All responsible sources can request Invitation for Bid (IFB) package to the address stated above.
