Galmore, (610)650-6207 The Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC), Valley Forge Office is seeking to identify prospective vendors interested in receiving a solicitation of services package for an Auctioneer to conduct an auction of the furniture, fixtures and equipment at Carteret Federal Savings Bank, 10 Waterview Boulevard, Parsippany, NJ and 201 Ridgedale Avenue, Cedar Knolls, NJ. Preparation for said auction shall include, but not be limited to, the use of RTC mailing lists, newsprint ads and flyers approved by RTC Sales Office. Items to be sold shall be grouped and lotted by Auctioneer and sold at an ''Open Cry'' sale without reserve unless otherwise specified by RTC. Auctioneer shall provide RTC with a detailed statement of sales and expenses and a net check for proceeds within ten (10) business days after the event. Period of performance for subject contract shall be thirty (30) days. Letters of interest should provide a brief summary of the firm's ability to meet the minimum qualification requirements. In responding to this CBD notice, prospective offeror's must evidence in writing the following minimum qualification requirements: (1) Offeror must demonstrate successful auction experience of two (2) similar auction events within the last twelve (12) months, including appropriate staffing for the size, type, value and complexity of the proposed auction; (2) Offeror must show evidence of a valid New Jersey License for Auctioneer Services; (3) Offeror must show evidence of experience with project plans, staffing, proposed marketing and media budgets; (4) Offeror must demonstrate it's ability to provide quality services under this solicitation. Responses to this announcement must be prepared on official company letterhead, signed by an officer of the company, include the firm's tax identification number and a statement as to whether the firm is a small, minority or woman-owned business. Only those firms deemed qualified by the RTC will receive a comprehensive bid package. Firms not responding by the designated deadline or as directed by this announcement shall not be included on the solicitation list. Responses shall be mailed, overnight couriered, hand delivered or faxed for receipt no later than 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time, on July 3, 1995, to the contact point and address specified herein.
