The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA proposes to issue a delivery order under a Basic Ordering Agreement with Technical Resources, Inc., (TRI). The effort is for systems engineering in support of the AN/USM-482 Fault Diagnostics Test Program Instructions (FDTPI) which will require review and incorporation of data, Technical Evaluation and completion of the ES-3A FDTPI and associated classified supplement. Also included is the requirement for research of data, formulation of test input parameters, generation of text and graphics and production of Technical Source Data for testing E2-C aircraft with the AN/USM-482A Test Set. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with TRI as the designer, developer with the required techinical and engineering expertise and the manufacturing data packages to support and provide the required services.
