Transcribe the following medical information computer generated and/or computer formatted reports letter perfect and ready for physicians signatures utilizing computer modem and transmission: (1) operative reports within 8 hour turn-around - 182,500 LI., (2) transfer summaries and other STAT transcription with 4 hour turn-around - 19,977 LI., (3) discharge summaries with 24 hour - 468,763, (4) compensation and pension exam within 24 hour - 11,775 LI., (5) Non-STAT transcription with 24 hour - 20,637 LI. Contract opportunity for base year plus 2 one year options. In order to maximize communication between Contractor and Government, only those offers within the geographic region of California local time zone will be considered.
